***** Home Load request and acknowledged and being removed my own Bond/Property.

Imagine being removed from your bond without your permission. This is what standard bank has done. No contact, no informing, nothing.

I own a property which part of a joint estate and now falls under the divorce estate. After many years of fighting, I had finally won the legal battle with the other person.

However after the decree of divorce was granted, the other half had gone and created a ***** case with Standard Bank (Nomthandazo) and issued a substitution request based on point 1.3 from the divorce decree.

However, point 1.2 specifically explains, that the property is to be placed on the open market and sold at a market-related value within a specific timeframe.

The agent had requested the decree of divorce and had read this and still granted a substitution request.

My legal team are aware of this and had asked for me to go to the police station and open a ***** case against Standard Bank and the applicant Charlene Mona.

As a result of the incompetency of Standard Bank, I will be doing exactly such once I receive a response that I have sent to their complaints department.

Further to opening a ***** case and laying a ******** charge against all who are involved, I will also be moving my banking and all other accounts from Standard Bank to another provider.

Utterly disappointed, this is not the first time that I have been mistreated like this by Standard Bank.

You need to educate and ensure your agents understand English and items in their relevant perspectives.
