My sister got finance with yoy guys and she bought a car but after a week of getting the car. We found out the car had been in an accident. We notified the garage and asked them that we found out from a car service city that the car was in an accident and it's a rebuild. After several complaints to the ombudsman and the finance that we don't want want car anymore. You standard bank continue making her pay for a car that she hasn't even driven since she got it. It's been over 10 monts and no one wants to cancel the finance.

We want to cancel the finance and rather lose what we have paid already coz its unfair to pay for a car that is not even in our possession. Car service city have confirmed that, that car had an accident

And worse part it's registered as a kadja but the car city claims its a duster engine.

I spoke to the lady who made the SALE Nadia *** that she made a bogus sale but with her pride I could sense she is paying bribery to the ombudsman. Our complain went in vain
