***** Division refuses to respond to me
I was de*****ed through an EFT on 16 and 18 April. I contacted Standard Bank ***** division on 18 April, and mailed them all details of the *****, as well as a case number opened at the police station. I contacted the ***** line on 19 April and was promised a progress call. I contacted them again on 20 April, and held on from about 4pm to 4.40 pm before being cut off. A further call indicated the dept was closed until Monday. I tried again on Monday, twice, Tuesday, twice, and Wednesday, each time being promised a call back. On Wednesday, I finally was aided to get through to the ***** dept. The person there said they were not dealing with my case, but would ABSOLUTELY make sure I was called early Thursday morning. I still await a call. I have been de*****ed a huge amount of money (for me) and Standard Bank haven't even got the decency to give me even minimal feedback after 10 days of desperately seeking information. Standard Bank ***** division's service is BEYOND APALLING. Now words in the dictionary can express how poor it is.
