***** debit orders

Standard bank allowed some ***** companies to process debit orders on my account. When I demand my money back I am told to contact ***** companies. I think the bank is pleased with this because when the debit orders bounce they get a share of my money by charging me with debit order bounce charges. I asked the bank to inform me when new debit orders are to be initiated on my account and they refused saying the bank cannot do that. Im very unhappy with the service of standard bank that I am now in the process of changing banks. I have never had such bad service from any other bank before.
