My name is Lungi P Nkosi. Im writting on behalf of my mom My mom banks with standard bank. She had ********** activity happen on her bank account. Where money was withdrawn from her acount 2 months in a row. We reported the matter to standard bank. My mom is 77 years of age. Sge is frail nd mobilises in a wheelchair She can not do anything without me being present to assist if she needs to go anywhere. I took her to standard bank pmb branch on langa libalele street to check where the money was disapeering to. Found out that someone has been using my moms card to withdraw money bt mom moms card never left her perse. Now they are saying that they uv done their invastigation nd they will not refund my mom for the claim. Please assist us. She has no other sauce of income nd she was not negligent with her card Only she knows her pin nd has never given her card tonanyone even myself to use
