***** application

On the 1st week of April I went to STD Bank to open an Investment account but only to find out that it's not possible because they say I made a ***** application which I knew nothing about, I was assisted by a consultant in STD Bank Bara mall who told me bring the required documents so he can send them to ***** department for investigation, by the time I wanted to make a follow up on the investigation Bara mall std Bank was closed and now STD Bank blocked my card, I can't use it and there are funds in my account. I was expecting for investigation to be done and my name cleared instead things are getting, I'm so not happy with std Bank and their service, I've been banking with them for more than 10 years and this is the service I get from them for being a loyal client.
