Dear Sir/Madam<br> <br> Im not happy with the service that my in laws received from Ms Carol Nel who is the Manager of STD band, my father in law and my mother in law where at the branch of Bracken hurst from 11hh00-15h30,A consultant lady by the name of Jane was assisting them very and asked my in laws to call Cell C for a statement for his cell phone bill which he never received it even today then when they went into the bank to see Jane again unfortunately she was with a client then Ms Carol Nel (Manager) asked to help the my in law and started by asking what was the problem, they told her that his card was used *****urantly and they showed her the statement the she answer badly by telling them that STD bank wont refund them if they account of the cell was a pre-paid then they told her it wasn't, still didn't assist them like Jane did she became negative when she was assisting and told them that the bank wont refund his cash, I became unhappy yesterday the way she handled my laws because I'm also one of your client and I didn't have the same problem last year which STD bank managed to assist me, I'm even thinking of changing a .
