<p><br />on the 21 dec 2016 my boyfriend and I went to kollande ATM to deposit funds into my account the ATM then Jammed and ejected my card we waited at the ATM for a few mins to see if the cash would come out nothing happened I then went into the bank and reported what happened they assisted me and gave me a red number saying that the money should be back into my acc in the week the ref message said that by the 30 th of dec 2016 the problem would of been sorted on the 3 rd Jan 2017 I had to go to the ATM coz nothing had been done I was then referred to some other guy and after 1 hour was told sorry and he found the cash and transfered it back to my acc r3500 and few days later I get an SMS notification debt of r3400 that standard bank took back saying ATM correction I then called the bank and then told me that they made a mistake and had to take it back . They said they couldn't allocate the funds so o asked to view the CCTV views then said they had no power the next day I asked if Thur could then view the CCTV they said no I need to go to the police station and open and case and come back to them ... this is ***** how.can you after 10 to 12 days investigate and refund my funds then after a few days debate my account with r3400 a hundred short so that means the first time you guys didn't investigate the right way that's *****</p>
