<p>My account is being debited as some specialised collections strategy from your student loans department . You guys have no permission to debit my account and this was taken off my bank account anyway . I already intend on closing my standard bank account as I reeived my salary on this account for the very last time . I called in and the agents were not very helpful . transferring me to a department that is closed on a saturday . when I called in and asked for a team leader, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes without even coming back to let me know if one will be assisting me or offering to call me back later. pathetic service from the worst banking institution I have worked - lynnel carolus</p>
