I opened a stop order for R600 at Protea Gardens mall standard bank on the 22 april 2013. In 2015 I increasd the amount to R1500 at the trade route mall standard bank. In december I went to check the balance,only to find that the balance was still R3357,53 which was the balance before I increased the stop order. I went to enquire to find out what happend in my account,they said the money is getting in someone's account not mine. The bank has all the details of the person,and still there is no progress in this case until now.
