I lost my wallet on the 6th November and reported them at Standard Bank, they confirmed with me that the cards are blocked n that the new credit cards will be issued in 6 weeks, to my surprise I was debited an amount of R2000 and when I enquired what its for? I was informed that it for transactions being performed on my credit card<br> <br> The shock is that Im still waiting for delivery of my credit card, which I reported ******, and the fact that these transactions were made after ive reported my card ******.<br> <br> Im being told that I wont get my money back until this is resolved, Im so DISGUSTED with this bank that a friend recommended FNB to me and assured me that my funds and assets will be safe there.
