I made an offer for a repossed vehicle 2weeks before auction .offer on vehicle was 140k .valuation onbtained was only 70k . bank said put offer in email and they will respond .response was if vehicle fetched more than offer of 140k the bidder would then get the vehicle but if offer was below 140k they would engage with me ,as their mail clearly states that AUCTION OF ASSET WILL BE SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION .that did not happen .when vehicle came on auction the was suddenly a fault with it and I saw the bidder inspect it prior to auction .so I waited for call from the bank today to noavil and went in to enquire .manager cancelled with auction house and told me my offer would then be final and I should go to the bank to da an immediate payment ,which I did ,only to my supprise when I returned with proof of payment she cancelled my deal ,spoke to another manager and he confirmed the are in error ,but wont do anything about it .tried unsuccessfully to get a hold of CEO OF STD BANK to no avail ,so no vehicle that rightly belongs to me and my money is with them .I AM ABSOLUTED AGGRIEVED AND FRUSTRATED WITH STD BANK ,IVE BE SUBJECTED TO THIS OVER 10YRS OF DOING BUS WITH THEM .ENOUGH NOW !!!
