Foster is so professional

I called to enquire about feedback i did not receive after 3 days as promised and Foster Baloyi was so professional it blew me out of the water. He logged another query for me and even asked about my day, Foster is someone Standard Bank should be proud to have on their books. Even though he could not fully resolve my query because of the department that was supposed to send my contract to me, I really appreciate his professionalism and great attitude on the phone
