Formal Request for Immediate Delisting from SAFPS – Final Notice Before Escalation
Dear Standard Bank Complaints Department,
I am writing in reference to the matter concerning my Standard Bank account which was previously blocked and has since been resolved, with funds successfully returned to me.
Despite this, I have recently discovered that I am still listed on the SAFPS ***** database, which continues to negatively affect my financial reputation and access to services. I was never formally informed of this listing, nor was I given the opportunity to fairly defend myself or respond to the allegations made.
At this point:
My matter was closed without any ******** or civil charges against me.
Funds have been returned.
I have comp**** fully throughout the process, submitted documentation, and responded in good faith to all communication from your ***** team.
There is no valid reason to justify my continued listing on SAFPS.
I am now requesting immediate written confirmation that you have initiated the process of removing my name from SAFPS.
If I do not receive a response within 5 business days, I will proceed to escalate this matter to:
The Banking Ombudsman.
SAFPS directly.
This is a final attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
Kind regards, Xylon Williams
