Formal Complaint
I have place a stop order on my account for the 24th of every month, the funds go into my wife's account to settle all debit orders we have on her name as a couple, I chose the 24th as that is the day my salary is deposited and the debit orders go off on the 25th of every month.

My grievance is that the stop order took place on the 24th and today being the 26th, the funds have not been allocated to my wife's account and she also banks with SBSA so it should not have taken longer than 24hours for the funds to reflect in her account. The debit orders have gone off her account but obviously will be returned and this, in the long run is going to affect her credit score which is what we were avoiding. I would like to know what I can do to rectify this and also for Standard Bank to be held liable for affecting our credit score as well as our reputation as paying citizens. I am not happy and would appreciate some assistance in getting Standard Bank to pay for this wrong doing .

If it means I must get my lawyer involved then so be it as I want to claim from Standard bank as our reputation after this is tarnished.

I await your response eagerly.
