Forex Trading And Useless Android Application

<p>I am currently a private banking client at Standard Bank , You would think that Standard bank would appreciate us. Every single time I visit the Alberton Branch's Forex department I get the feeling like the lady does not want to help me , she has a attitude and is very unhelpful. I explained to her that I could do an international payment from my phone using the standard bank app , but the application is so useless it does not allow more than a certain amount of characters in the edittext field. She insisted that I leave the branch and come back with invoices. I HAVE A PRIVATE BANKING CONSULTANT!!!!!!!!!!! Why must I leave and come back if I can just email it to her. Same issues when I tried to purchase dolars. Same attitude. I am really starting to feel like this bank only wants my monthly fees and the whole come to Private banking sales pitch was just a sales pitch. BTW I am no android developer pro , but damit even I know that you cant set the max character length to so little on the application. We deal with suppliers in China they dont all have 10 character names. Maby the people who develop your app are to lazy to plan the space correctly on each device </p>
