FOREX PAYMENT CLEARANCE
Trying to contact forex department since 01 oct 2018, regarding international payment, that has NOT been cleared yet! my account is now overdrawn due to funds not being released, payment was processed 26 september 2018. There is NO response from the call centre, i even email'd & got NO response. Account debited for unpaid debits, and dishonouring amount, no fault of mine, as I have been receiving forex payments previously & funds were released within 24 hours. Now i am responsible for unneccesary charges, how is this possible??? I even received a call from the collections department regarding my account being overdrawn which should NOT have been the case if the FUNDS were CLEARED TIMEOUSLY!!! Kindly advise a way forward!!!
