Forex Inward Funds (Bank sitting on the funds)

I am extremely disappointed and angry with the Standard Bank Forex department. (Call centre in Jhb?)<br> <br> I accepted a one day rate, of Euro 15.08 with inward funds, (with the dealers for 25-9-2015) which was not paid before 16:30...
