Forcing me to keep a loan open thats been paid off!!!
Im being forced to pay for a loan that i have already paid off!!! They refuse to close the account on my request. I cant afford it and they are not helping me as i am abroad studying. A customer consultant has been very unhelpful and has made a simple procedure difficult and stressful. He works in the dainfern Square branch.
