Forcing me to go to branch during lock down because you are *********** - not going to happen

I had a standard bank acc a long time ago and closed all of my accounts 6 months ago. Now I took a home loan and opened a new cheque account. I was told that I need to approve a debicheck before 8pm tonight.

My first option was to do it on mobile app. The mobile app did not work because you guys never deleted my old profile. I phoned the call center in this regard. It solved my internet banking but the app itself is still not working.

The second option to approve debicheck was via call center. I did phone te call center and got exactly the same security questions that I had the morning when I phoned with regards to internet banking. Now all of the sudden I failed the exact same basic security questions that I passed the morning. This means the call center is not able to help me with the debicheck because everything is frozen.

The call center agent advised me that I need to get to a branch so that they can help me unblock the mobile app and rectify the profile then maybe I can do the debicheck. This is the only option left.

Let me make this 100% clear. There is no way I am going to a branch during lockdown and endanger my loved ones because of your incompetence. If you cant do basic things like allowing customers to register for mobile app banking or pass basic security questions (obviously it is not working) then it is not my problem. The debicheck approval is not going to happen.

So you fix your technology and call me when it is done. Otherways no debicheck is going to get approved. I am NOT GOING out to a branch for this.
