forced to remove my complaint on hello peter

Standard bank told me they would resolve my query once I removed my complaint from HelloPETER. Well they ****, they have done nothing, do not reply to emails and have not resolved my query. <br> They have failed to refund money paid to a credit card that had been paid up by life insurance. Basically they stole money from deceased people. now they lie about helping me, and force me to remove my complaints? this is manipulation, dishonesty, and F r @ u D. sort out my QUERY! immediately.
