For great service and a bank that has REAL PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONE - switch to Standard Bank!
Standard Bank is all-around a great bank for business and personal. They actually ANSWER THE PHONE and they do so within one or two rings. I can always get hold of them even when I am abroad. Unlike certain other banks, Standard Bank delivers much more personal service, making business banking a breeze. Their service for ordinary personal banking customers is also far superior.
