Following up and making sure the customer is happy

i had a complaint and Tumi from standard bank clearwater really helped me and made sure my query was sorted out, i cannot thank you enough for what you have done Tumi, i hope Bianca learns from you and treats customers with respect. Thank you so so much Tumi you are a star, i don't know who your manager is but i would also like them to see this. Thanks again
