Fluctuating interest on Personal Loan
H! I am deeply dissapointed by Standard bank, they do not have transparency and they are not truthful to clients. I have a quiry regarding a personal loan account which I am supposed to settle in a period of 36 months repayment term paying R1.472... the principal dept is R30000 of standard bank debits every 25th. They do not want to give me comprehensive statements but instead they want to tell me the balance... over months of paying I have noticed that the balance does not drop so I asked to see whats going on then i realized that the interest fluctuates higher the more I pay if I ask why the beat about the bush sending me from pillar to post.
