Flaunting the finance laws and NCA

The vehicle finance section is acting against the finance acts of South Africa including the NCA. Rather than contacting the customer to arrange as a bank they opt to threaten repossession through an agent (Dlamini) without having rehabilitated the customer or reviewing which steps could be taken to assist her because they have a scheme of selling repossessed cars to benefit themselves in the process. They should call the client and look at all possible ways of assisting than being this inhumane
