Fixed payment arrangement
<p>Am tired of incopetent standard bank people. I have a fixed arrangement of R 890.00 and i now pay R1000 to ensure i cover even the interest. Am getting calls from their call centre agents wanting me to pay more.</p> <p> </p> <p>If i pay more than an exisiting calcualted arrangement you gave me why are you still makind your call centre agents to call me. What is the purpose of fixed arrangement</p>
