Fixed deposit transfer

Good morning thank you so much for the prompt response. on Monday the 23rd Feb I received a call from Ola providing me with a new reference number and assuring me that they are working on the query.Later the afternoon I received a call from Fordsburg branch manager Muzzasar and he explained what happened. <br> <br> On the 31st January I went to Brixton branch to withdraw 3500.00 from my money market account to my cheque account. They transferred the money from the fixed deposit instead of the money market account.
