Fixed Deposit

I have invested under fixed deposit for a period of 12 month. But circumstances changed before 12 month period was met. I had to go to the bank for cancellation. It was deemed impossible to cancel but she went an extra mile to ensure that I get my money. Of importance, she was honest to tell me that she has never done it before but she will do her best. Today as I am writing this report I am very very happy because I got assisted to my satisfaction. I got my money. I wish she can keep up the good work that she is doing and maintains her positive attitude.
