Five star service personified!
I am very impressed with the service that I received from Alex Mandla from Standard Bank Assets and vehicle Finance department. He gave me a very very excellent service. He was very patient with me and explained everything concerning the product that he was offering me into detail. Many people must learn from him how to deal with customers. He epitomized humility and excellent customer care. Keep up the good work Alex!!
