First good customer experience in 13years

In October 2017, I had the great pleasure of working with Anwar Abdullah also known as Anthony in the Vehicle and Asset Finance department. He assisted me even though the dealership should have been liaising with him directly. He kept me informed throughout the process and advised on processes. I told him my budget and interest rate i was looking for and he ensured that he delivered on that. There was alot of back and forth to ensure i was happy with the final figures. A great experience, Standard Bank needs more staff like Anwar.
