financing put on hold due to Standard bank not approving a SA temp drivers licence as being a substitute as a valid drivers licence

<p>I was</p> <p>recently aproved for standard bank vehicle finance .everything went well until I was requested to show a slip of the temp licence I issued while waiting for my card.i provided that slip with a copy of my old licence and my temp as well as a printout from SA tragic department confirming I have licence.I was told by Standard bank in Johannesburg that I will have to wait for my card to arive before they can release my contract for the car I was approved to purchase.i never receive such bad customer service as the lady I spoke to and emailed from standard bank.i was requested by her to phone them.i was told that she wont respond to me by her.i was told that I cant get her manager number or the branch she worked at.i feel I am discriminarlted against and that our laws in our country for a temp licence is not recognised by standard bank.i am still waiting for there policy on temp licence.i was told standard bank is not obliged to provide us with a policy on that.how can I trust these people with my money or finance if they asune mu temp might not be legit.i was insulted and still is.</p>
