financial adviser no assisting

Good day

I have a financial Leon Minnie who is *********** at performing his duties. Emails have been sent to him, which he ignores, whatsapp messages that he does not open. I have requested meetings with him which he has not attended to or scheduled. I have requested that his manager contact me or he provide me with his managers contact number which i still have not received.

Can someone from Standard Bank/ Stanlib contact me regarding my investment that is not being managed effectively.

If it was possible I would have given a 0/5 rating for the service I have received
