FINANCE OVERREACHING AT ITS BEST.
I purchased a vehicle in July 2017 financed by Standard Bank. Price R122000. Deposit of R40000 I have now paid R152684 inc the deposit. On requesting settlement amount on this vehicle I recieve a letter that a payment of R88000 is what I owe. This means I must pay a total of R240684. This is ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACE. THIS IS WHAT THE BANKS ARE DOING TO CONSUMERS. I AM ASKING HELP FROM HELO PETER. I THEREAFTER INTEND TO COMMUNICATE THIS TO THE RELEVANT ROLE PLAYERS. THE RECENT COURT JUDGEMENT AGAINST THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR IS EXACTLY WHAT THIS REFLECTS.
