Finance charges on interaccount transfer
<p>I transferred money from my credit card to my cheque card. I was charged an interaccount fee + an atm cash finance fee. Im unable to find any documents/pricing guide that states the cash finance fee and your call center is useless. They advised that the info is on your website (which it isnt) and they cant even email me any pricing or info guides which states the cash finance fee for inter account transfers. I want the cash finance charge reversed else im happy to close the credit card</p>
