Finally a personal touch and success

I would like to commend and applaud Mr. J Van Lille (Menlyn Branch, Pretoria) and Ms E. Kleynhans (Prestige Banker) who, between the two of them, managed to resolve my issues within 4 hours, far exceeding the 3 month effort from the Standardbank call center staff.

Well done two these two employees!
