Final notice!! What a useless bank!

I've been asking for a statement of my student loan account for WEEKS now. Still nothing. I've requested this over and over and over again. Standard bank is honestly the WORST bank in South Africa, no doubt. SO. Dear Standard bank. Seeing that you actually read and respond on freakin Hellopeter but not your official contacting platforms, THIS serves as my final notice to you. If I do not receive a statement of my account within the next 24 hours I will forget about this stupid account just like you forget to service your clients. I've asked so many times to get a statement because I WANT TO SETTLE the account. I cant believe nobody has rep****!? Usually if there's ever a payment missed you people cant wait to call and freak out about it but now that i want to PAY YOU MORE MONEY i get no assistance. What the hell man? I'm so sick of this. USELESS!
