FICA SUSPENTION

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my first and last dealing with standard bank, I’ve been trying to order apple watch online since 3/4/2017 it took 1 week for them to deliver the credit card after I’ve been calling the daily.</p> <p>FINALY I’ve received my card on the 10th of April 2017 and have FICAd it same tame at 13:10 when I tried to order my apple watch the transaction was declined due to FICA!!!</p> <p>I called Standard bank to be assisted as I need to place my order incise apple watch is out of stock again (since ive been waiting for a week) and they couldn’t assist !!!</p> <p>I was on a call from 15:15 until 16:13 with Chan from standard bank and he couldn’t assist because the FICA team leader leaves work at 16:45!!!</p> <p>That’s unbelievable.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
