FICA- stopped account

After taking in my proof of address and ID to a Standard Bank branch,Standard Bank stopped my account after the 3rd week.<br> .I was on my way for a birthday weekend with friends and therefore had to cancel my plans.I had to resubmit my documents as they said they misplaced my documents.The humiliation to tell everyone that my cheque and credit card show R0 were unbelievable.<br> <br> I am a loyal customer for 13 years already and really wants to know how Standard Bank will make up for this humiliation?
