FICA status changed to non-compliant

I received an sms on Sunday 16 September at 16h07 telling me that my accounts are no longer FICA compliant. I called ********** 422 today ref; ********** 043 where Emile advised me that my daughters account was no longer FICA compliant. He mentioned that an image of the co-habitant form was uploaded as note 16 and furthermore the note stated that it was incomplete. My daughter is a minor who has never transacted on this account, in fact the account is approximately 12 years old. I would like to know what has changed that has amended my child's FICA status to non-compliant? We moved to Gauteng over 6 years ago and updated our address details when we registered our bond with Standard bank all these years ago. I must now be inconvenienced because someone did not do their job properly. Am I also going to get notification some time in the future regarding my sons FICA documents or mine perhaps? Where do I find time to get to the bank to sort something that was done years ago and sit on the other end of the counter and wonder if it is actually being done correctly? Whatever happened to "doing things right the first time". I am absolutely perturbed at Standard Banks ability to NOT do things right the first time and then inconvenience their customers. Customer service is clearly a thing of the past.
