FICA not done

We went to STD bank Rosebank branch sometime end of October to put a notice on our society account as well as to FICA the account as we were advised that it would be closed if FICA is not updated. Pfarisani assisted us and assured us that all was done and that we should return today for our money. When we went to Rosebank today to our dismay we were told that the account has been closed as FICA was not updated. On inquiring further we were advised that Pfarisani actually attached incorrect documents which belong to another customer. WE ARE ****ED BEYOND BELIEF as we are now being inconvenienced for an error which is not our fault and to make matter worse NO ONE AT THE ROSEBANK ,BRANCH MANGER INCLUDED IS WILLING TO ASSIST. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK NOR RESUBMITTING THE DOCUMENTS AS WE HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT. WE EXPECT THIS TO BE RESOLVED SOON AND OUR MONEY BE PAID OUT. SOMEONE SORT THIS **** OUT NOW!!!! BY THE WAY WE WILL BE POSTING THIS ON TWITTER AND FACEBOOK AS WELL.
