FICA - No help from Home affairs or Standard Bank
Please help me
Standard bank is holding my accounts hostage due to the department of home affairs glitch and FICA non compliance. In the last month I got notified that my old ID is not valid and as my smart ID was ****** I was unable to FICA my account.
Since visiting the Fourways branch on 5 March I have done my Smart ID application and got a booking for 22 April but my accounts are now blocked. With no access to funds and as a working mother I am stranded 😢 please help
I need assistance to access my funds and get an extension for FICA once my new Smart ID is collected 60 days after 22 April.
