FICA is only a formality !

I continuously receive post for another Standard Bank client who is registered at my adress according to bank records.<br> <br> I have made the effort to notify the bank months ago. The branch has confirmed that the client does not reside at my adress. The only response from the bank was to ask the client to please take the effort to see their banker to change details and ask me to drop the mail in the repost box.<br> <br> I have been at this adress for 8 years. I cant remember how long I have been receiving these bank statements with no activity on the account. It obviously is a shelf company. The bank has no interest in ensuring the accuracy of FICA compliance. I expect the bank to pursue this matter and mark this client as \non FICA compliant"until they meet the legal requirements.<br> <br> Please keep me informed telephonically of the progress of this matter rather than just paste a \""thanks"
