Fica done and account still frozen!!

I tried using my Credit card on the 7th March 2015, everywhere it was declined and there is money available.<br> Went to Standard Bank at the Glen and they said it is a Fica issue.<br> Took time off work on the 13th March 2015 (no work -no pay) to go to Killarney mall standard bank as they are the nearest to my work. Everything was given in and they said the card will be unfrozen in 24 hours.<br> Tried using the card last night, STILL frozen. Phoned the call center, the Branch lost the forms.<br> Quite frankly my account can stay frozen and they will have to write of the rest owing as I have now lost interest in Standard bank. Not mooving forward, Moving to the Dumps. Thank goodness the rest of my accounts are with Capitec.<br> I cannot take more time from work.
