FICA - Done 7th April - still getting SMS's

I am chairman of the Board of Trustees for a townhouse complex. Received request to FICA in April. I went through to the branch in Rivonia - met with a business banker with all my docs. Submitted them and was assured that everything was fine. Our managing agents called into Business Banking on 9th of April to confirm. After hanging on for ages got confirmation from Skameohelo that indeed we were FICA'd. In the last two days AGAIN we get threatening messages that our accounts will be closed down. I am holding on to the call line and get fobbed of to go into the branch to sort this out. Shame on you Standard Bank for wasting my productive time. How many times must I do this. Its totally totally unacceptable. I demand immediate attention on this.
