fica documents supp**** at branch

Good day<br> <br> I have spent my morning at Northgate branch with all my documents supp**** and get a call today that my account is frozen. This is not on and has put me into a very difficult situation as I have comp**** with all you requirements and someone there in northgate branch has not done their job. My husband and I are going to cancel once this mess has been sorted out and will not be recomending std bank to anyone.
