FICA documents and no access to account for a week

I went in on Tuesday to bring my proof of residence and Id document. After I have stood in the que for quite a while (as always) he told me that I had to e-mail the Cell C account to him. I have done so a few times and now he responds back that he is unable to open the program (its basically because his computer on the other side does not have Adobe or Striata). I mean and then he says he keeps on phoning me, but its after 18:00 we all have lives. Then he told me I should come in and he will show me what documents is acceptable. So I have to go in after I have done so and he wanted me to mail this account and now I have to go back and then back again to provide the documents. This is taking a **** lot of effort and all because of this incompetence of workers.<br> <br> Basically I have been without any accounts, debit, credit and EFT for since 1 MArch.
