FICA disaster
Went in two weeks ago to comply with FICA requests. Stood for 3 hours in the Standard Bank at The Grove in Pretoria (Lynnwood Ridge branch) to hand in all required documents and they have stopped my credit card. Just spent an hour on the phone and no one can help!!!! All they can confirm is that it is definitely FICA related!!! Really!!???
