FICA departments
Extremely poor service from Standard Bank FICA department. My account was frozen, I emailed all relevant documents to ficadocumantion@standardbank + ficadocs@standardbank + transact@standardbank. I emailed on 9,25 & 27 September. I mentioned I was overseas at the moment. Up to today not even a single reply from any department. Pathetic. I'm stuck.
