FICA compliance yearly

Since the implementation of FICA we do have problems, yearly, with our secondary bank account that is linked to the primary account.
Every year around May the secondary account is blocked without prior notice via phone/email/sms. We just discover it going onto online banking.
Every year we have to submit the SAME documents over and over again to the business consultant at the Maitland Street branch in Bloemfontein - this is now more than 8 years that is happening.
*Are your business consultants not trained to bring ALL the bank accounts that is linked to the primary account up to date with FICA? According to the customer care consultants the business consultant did not brought the secondary account into compliance with FICA.
*How can the primary account be FICA compliant but the secondary account not?
*How is it that the SAME DOCUMENTS had to be submitted yearly for the past years since FICA became compulsory? What do they do with the documents?
*Std Bank also do not want to shift our business account form Maitland Street to Brandwag as it is no longer save to go to the center city and there is no parking available - business conultant need certain of amount accounts.
