FICA compliance fiasco
Our business has been a loyal client for more than 7 years. A month or so back we went through a arduous FICA compliance exercise with our \business banker". As of yesterday our business account has been \""frozen\"" due to FICA non-compliance (according to the bank). I have attempted contacting call centre. They can't help. Getting hold of anyone else to answer or help beyond the CIC was"
